Efrain has been a great property manager. We’ve rented here for a year and just transferred to a new unit and he was super helpful. We’ve only submitted 2 Matienence requests and Daniel came the same day at got it taken care of immediately. Ryan also was super efficient with our walkthrough during transfer and was great with our dogs. We used to own our home, but we prefer the low the convenience of having them take care of the lawn and property maintenance.

Went to tour the community with Mya and instantly fell in love with my (now) rental home. Mya was sweet, attentive and honest throughout the entire process. This is why I didn't hesitate to start my application process the same day of touring. Thank you Mya!

They really are the definition of American dream! Have a minimum of 10k in savings if you want to live here. My husband and family were in a severe life threatening accident and it left us struggling. We have stayed here for years and they showed no leniency and were unwilling to show any type of empathy. We’ve never missed a payment yet they happily evicted a struggling family with two young children and a now severely disabled adult. Wish us luck!
