Wow!! This place has awesome apartments. The staff are also super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!! I want to give a special shout-out to Nicole, who gave me my tour. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, which made the whole experience even better. The views from the apartments are absolutely spectacular, and the amenities are top-notch, including the pool, gym, and even a rock climbing wall. Update: Now that I live here, I can say it’s even more amazing than I expected! The residents and staff are wonderful, and the community really feels welcoming. The resident events make it easy to meet people and make friends, which has made living here such a great experience. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move to Linea.

We recently toured the Linea apartment complex as my daughter was relocating to Charlotte from Chicago. We were greeted by Nicole, and she was fantastic from start to finish! Nicole was informative and helpful as she took the time to explain every detail about the property and community. She’s a wonderful listener and made sure to answer all our daughters questions thoroughly, giving her great suggestions on many things including the in's and out's of the move-in process. What really stood out was how knowledgeable she was about both the property and the surrounding area — she painted a great picture of what it’s like to live there, including the friendly tenants, nearby restaurants, shops, and local things to do. I’m a current resident here at Linea, and I must say, I absolutely love it! I relocated from across the country, and my incredible leasing agent, Sharnetta, made the process incredibly smooth. From the initial tours to my move-in, she and the Linea team went above and beyond to ensure I felt right at home. Having lived in many luxury high-rises, I can confidently say that this one is the best all thanks to the exceptional people who work here.
