This building was always in great condition until a few years ago, when it was taken over by some greedy and corrupt management committee members. This has led to skyrocketing expenses, unsanitary conditions, and unqualified tenants, including families of five to six people living in tiny apartments, creating a significant amount of smoke and noise. Attached is a letter of impeachment filed by one resident.
