Linden at the Rim

I had a great experience visiting my family at Linden at the Rim! The location is perfect — you can get anywhere in less than 10 minutes, which makes everything super convenient. The staff are AMAZING: always kind, respectful, and welcoming. Huge shoutout to Ramell Lopez for taking such great care of my parents’ work orders. He was always quick to respond, professional, and efficient. Truly appreciate his hard work and dedication! The property itself is beautiful and very well kept, and the pool is always sparkling clean. Overall, nothing but great vibes and a wonderful experience. Highly recommend

hello, I want to share my personal experience here at the Linden at the Rim where I live almost 2years, and am truly blessed to have a amazing people that work here in the leasing office and the property maintenance that work hard and go above and beyond. I also wanted to provide feedback on one of the maintenance guy name Vicente. I had a couple of work orders and he's always comes in with a positive attitude and gives his all to our needs. My work orders all always done on the same day when I report it. Thank you so much for your hard work and also to the property leasing team.

Firstly, office staff is helpful. Gave me policy outlining exactly what I am about to explain, nothing wrong with the team, but the parking policy is unfortunately what’s bringing my review down. I came over the weekend to spend time with my friend. Was told I could park inside the community and pay, or I could park outside at the office. This was wrong, and partially on my friend for not knowing, but clearly if those were his directions then they don’t do a good enough job of explaining that to new residents. My community uses the same partaking program to sign up, but we are at least allowed to have a guest over night and have guest codes to allow for one guest per resident. Not the case here. All guests must pay for parking after hours, no matter what. Want friends or family over? Must

I lived in Linden for a year and some change. Throughout my time there I lived peacefully. Maintenance was always helpful, front desk staff were always kind and helpful, and I had kind neighbors. One individual was beyond helpful, friendly, and made my stay overall great was David. He handled my start to finish from the day I moved in to the day I left he was great. Very attentive and understanding. Thank you david for making linden a great place and the rest of the staff from maintenance to management.

I absolutely love this place, its so peaceful out here. The maintenance team is always so helpful, and Ramell Lopez especially goes above and beyond. He’s responsive, professional, and kind. It’s such a cozy and comfortable place to call home, sooo thankful to live in a community like this.
