Linden at Forrest Pines

I have lived here for 4 years and Charbony is the only reason why I am giving 5 stars. She is such a joy to deal with. She ALWAYS makes sure to advocate for me when I have had multiple issues w/ the AC unit. She is always smiling, professional and listens to everything I had to say. She pulls 12 hour days and works her tail off. She is the main reason why I am sad to leave. The structure of the apartments sucks BIG time! Living in a downstairs unit is AWFUL! You can hear EVERYTHING upstairs is doing, the floors are thin & it sounds like they are coming through the ceiling. It doesn't help either when you have inconsiderate neighbors. Ive been blessed to live at this apartment complex. They treat military members well, and the support is amazing. The buildings are clean and well kept. But most importantly of all the "office lady" who helps run these complexes is the best ive ever known. She runs the place well, listens to the members and is extremely, and I mean extremely friendly. We regularly try to bring her home cooked food to shoe our appreciation. I hope the owners take notice of her hard work and her 12+ hour days

We have been at this complex about a year now. The management when we first got here was very hands off and unhelpful if something were to arise. Just a couple months into our lease the community got a new manager and staffing. The difference has been stark. Charbony Alexander, the new manager, has been incredibly helpful and professional in assisting us with whatever questions arise, any issues that come up with fellow tenants, and also in ensuring our complex is maintained and any issues we have are resolved in a timely, convenient way. She knows her job and communicates clearly to her tenants what is expected of them in a firm, yet personable and friendly way. I just have to say what an amazing person Charbony is! When I say she is the foundation of this property and more.....I mean it. Her smile is just as welcoming as she is. One of the best places i ever lived! Very clean, and very safe! The manager Charbony Alexander is fantastic!! She will definitely work with you no matter what situation your in! Definitely recommend!!
