Linden at Del Ray

The Bad: 1) Cockroaches. There is a no joke infestation at the complex. We had our apartment sprayed 3 times and it still did not fix the issue. We had to vacate the property for at least 4 hours each time. This cost us a minimum of $500 in personal expenses. 2) A/C. Not turned on until May in Building C, so you will likely rough out some hot days in April. Keep this in mind if you have children. A/C works okay but never seems to fully cool apartment. 3) Water bill. You are charged for the water usage of the entire complex not just your individual use. 4) Appliances. It seemed as if the issues with appliances, be that the Fridge, Dishwasher, or Washer and Dryer, were neverending. The Good: 1) The location is awesome. Very walkable and close access to Del Ray shopping and Route One.

We had issues with every appliance in the kitchen (which was newly renovated). Ongoing issues with pests and AC, and not enough washer/driers for the buildings. Management was communicative and professional, but these issues added up. We enjoyed the location a lot, but were happy to leave.

I’ve been living here for about a year Only issue I have in the Partman they don’t clean very well perfect price for the area is very good you don’t have a washer and dryer that’s a big problem for me but I’m saving money definitely this is a temporary situation will not renew my lease do not move here Roaches please don’t move here now we have infection of mice the management really Bad Infection in the whole Building other are moving out the don’t want you the now what is happening in the community so the get Not disclosures agreement the don’t realease me from my lease
