Lincoln Village Apartment Homes

Beautiful community and kind staff, but some system hurdles to clear. I am giving Lincoln Village a mixed review because, while the community itself is beautiful and the people are great, the move-in process and some of the current systems have been very challenging. First, the property is quiet, nice, and the residents are great so far. I especially want to shout out Vichica at the front desk. She is incredibly sweet and always has an answer for me. It’s clear she is working very hard (and seems a bit overworked), but she truly does her absolute best to help. The maintenance team is also amazing, very kind and helpful whenever they are called. We just moved in this past December so far things are going good :) Vachica was there for us through the enitre process she and her team went above and beyond to help us through the hurdles. I Recommend this place for the warm and kindness in the hospitality we experienced there are a few areas that I see room for improvement like the parking lol apart from that, our neighbors are kind the apartment itself is spacious, clean and modern, with all the necessities needed to call this place home.

I can’t say enough good things about the residence staff at this apartment complex! From the very beginning, they’ve been incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely kind. Moving can be stressful, but the team here made the process smooth and welcoming. One staff member, in particular, went above and beyond—offering to receive and help with setting up some of our furniture before our move-in date. That level of care and consideration truly speaks volumes about the community and the people who manage it. The communication has been timely and thoughtful, and it’s clear that they care about creating a great experience for new residents. I’m so grateful for their support and look forward to being part of this community. Highly recommend!

I would just like to say that it will be 1 year of me and my family living here in September and We have had an amazing experience. I believe it all has to do with the community itself. It’s very peaceful and Quiet. i have Had no complaints so Far. As far as the Management, Abby is Amazing she is what makes our experience living here so good. She is so understanding and Is willing to go above and beyond for the residents.

Vichica not sure if I spelled her name correctly was amazing through the whole process! She was always very easy to talk to, kind hearted, very knowledgeable and I look forward to having her at this complex for any future needs!
