Review: I regret about applying for the apartment in this building. I had a very disappointing experience working with this team. They wasted a significant amount of my time and caused a great deal of unnecessary stress. The manager was consistently rude and unprofessional, making it extremely difficult to communicate or collaborate effectively. Throughout the application process, they created artificial obstacles that made everything much more complicated than it needed to be. After dealing with them, I felt disrespected and devalued. I would not recommend working with this team based on my experience.

I remember reading these reviews thoroughly prior to moving in, and thankfully I had a much better experience living here than some of the other reviewers. Raquel helped me move in; she was super nice, genuine and direct. She was funny and also helpful in coordinating all the move in necessities. Notably, there are homeless individuals that live/lay near the parking garages that I could see from my balcony daily. When bringing family or friends over, it was always embarrasing that we could see them from our windows. The apartment I had, 210, was nice, but due to the high costs of living in LA, the price did not equate to the amenities that are normally provided in other cities for that price. I live here for 3 years, and I love love love my building ❤️❤️ The area is amazing, Diego and the rest of maintenance crew is always on point, fixing everything that needs to be fixed ( and it happened to me only once, that something broke) The management is also awesome, very quick to respond , and very nice people. Raquel, one of the sweetest and kindest people I’ve ever met . Overall it’s been a very good experience. And let’s be honest, for Santa Monica area, the price of apartments it’s a steal, ain’t no way u gonna find this prices in this area💚 Thank you so much Lincoln SM .

My first Google review ever! I couldn't miss an opportunity to praise this place! The 1447 Lincoln property has been my home for the past four years, and it truly has been a dream every since Lincoln Property Company took over. The staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful and responsive. Any apartment maintenance issues I report (not frequent, but naturally do arise) are handled within hours, if not minutes, and the team really is so incredibly friendly. If necessary, they always give me a call to let me know that my issue has been resolved or they leave a detailed note about their work. If I ever notice a washing machine broken (rare, but has happened), it's ALWAYS fixed by the next day I check. The team is always incredibly responsive and just an overall great group of people to deal

I rented the penthouse expecting it to be nice, all i am met with is a cold shower and the coldest room ever.
