For the price, and flexibility of the lease being month to month nothing locked in, 4/5 V the maintenance man(goes above and beyond, incrediblly kind and patient)6/5 [Stayed from 2024-2025]

I am very upset because the rent increases every six months. Besides, it is not worth what they charge because the apartments are not in good conditions. THE MANAGER IS NEVER IN THE OFFICE. There are rats, and they don´t even care. There is no security. A lot of times the sheriff comes with 7 back up units because there are problems with some bad neighbors. The security door is always broken and when it is working it is always open.

Your directions coming south from Marysville put you in the trailer park East of our complex by telling anyone following them to turn one street too soon on Via Novato. Our address is 4277 Larson St., #37, Olivehurst CA 95961

This apartment complex is horrible. Consider living elsewhere. You’ll listen to traffic all night long, and a train at 3am on most nights. You’ll have management that is shady and impossible to find. If you have any deck furniture you won’t be allowed to use it. All of your appliances are extremely dated and will break often. There are better options, choose something else.

I've lived here for 2plus yrs and only have good things to say. Mngt is very responsive to repair requests and general maintenance is very good. I take one star away for 1 raise in rent and the number of mngt turnover.
