Lincoln Heights Apartments (Poets Row Collection)

My roommate and I are breaking our lease early at Lincoln Heights because the safety/quality of the building declined significantly over the last year. We had issues with people breaking in and sleeping in hallways/ laundry room from the start, and at first, it didn’t happen very often, not like now. It got worse over the last months, seeing a non resident sleeping and messing themselves/ vomiting in the building nearly every day. Trash can be found strewn everywhere inside and all around the front and back doors. Packages get stolen all the time. Plumbing, ventilation/heat, broken locks have been an ongoing issue. While the new management was somewhat sympathetic, things haven’t gotten better, and we ended up deciding it wasn’t safe/ wasn’t worth living here anymore. Do not recommend.

Not great. RedPeak handled the building much, much better

This place is paradise if you are a fan of cockroaches, paying 6 dollars for every load of laundry and the occasional aroma of urine in the laundry room.
