I have rented from Linbar for over 4 years now and overall my experience has been positive. Are the buildings brand new, no. Are all of your neighbors awesome people, no. Do I occasionally see a cockroach, sure. Do some units have bedbugs, yeah. Do they have a zero tolerance for late rent, absolutely. But here’s the thing, If I’ve ever had a problem all I had to do is report it and they tend to take care of it without much fuss. Luckily our building has never had bedbugs but I happen to know that they treat the ones that do regularly in an attempt to get rid of them. They take out the trash they vacuum the hallways they shovel in the winter etc. and if you can find a two bedroom apartment in Nashua for less than what they offer than you are a lucky person. My family has been renting from LinBar for 13 years. They have always treated us well. They fix problems quickly and are always willing to work with us on any issues. Ray Roberts is a kind, hard working man who has always shown us respect. We are grateful for the reasonable rent.

Worst experience I have ever had with renting. Ray Roberts is rude all the time and they never work with their tenants. They failed to remove bed bugs from my Temple St apartment for over 2 years after continuously "treating" it and they never went away. When I asked to move to a different unit (which was more per month) they denied me. Now they are trying to continue evicting me because of 2 weeks late rent after being on time for over 2 years. When asked how long the eviction takes, he told me to ask my lawyer. I wouldnt recommend Linbar Property Managment to anyone.

Tired of all the roaches climbing all over my bed and clothes and dishes ive killed so many of these bugs ans they still keep on coming they dont do anything to solve it besides a quick 1min spray of pesticide around the Sink and toilet and stove The company also refuses to work with there tenants on payment plans and are stubborn about accepting a check. Do not recommend to rent from this place its horrible 👎👎👎

I have been renting for 5 years now. I enjoy renting from them any time I call about a problem no matter how small it is they are always on top of getting it done and fixed Even on Holidays. There always kind and if you ever need anything just talk to them. They well work with you. I love the rent options and how they are always there to help you.
