Limitless Property Management

I’m writing to express my continued frustration with the way our HOA has handled (or failed to handle) basic responsibilities. After multiple attempts to get someone to address the overgrown grass from my neighbor’s property — which, to be clear, had grown up the side of my home — it took far too long for the issue to finally be resolved. Ironically, shortly after that, I received a warning for one piece of mail with my name on it being found near the trash bins. Needless to say, I did not take a solitary envelope to the trash area just to throw it on the ground. It’s disappointing that the HOA seems to overlook basic community maintenance, yet has ample time to issue notices over something so trivial. The priorities here appear misaligned — fast to fine residents, yet slow to uphold the

Literally one of, if not the best property managements I've ever dealt with. They are friendly, they work with you in times of trouble and they are quick with maintenance and communicate very well. My unit is very lovely, I've been here for over a year. They take care of the property and listen to concerns. The only issue I have here is that its deathly cold in the colder months and the baseboard heaters aren't strong whatsoever, keeping them on will essentially do nothing except raise your electric, and ants are quite the pests in warmer months. But other than that, I'd love to work with them only from here on out, if I can!
