I’ve been working with Paula and Jim at Limestone for over a year now, and they’ve been absolutely fantastic. From finding and thoroughly vetting the tenant to handling all ongoing communication, they’ve made owning a rental property in Vegas completely hands-off for me (ie. I do not live in Vegas). I never have to worry about a thing: they’re reliable, responsive, and genuinely care about keeping things running smoothly. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a professional and stress-free property management experience!

I am a foreign investor and I am glad I found Jim Eagan and his company on the internet. Even if I live in Italy, so far away from my property, I sleep very well because the guys at Limestone take care of every detail. As my property manager, they have found the right tenant and successfully solved for me several kind of issues (renovation, insurance refund, legal aspects, etc.). Although I have never met them in person, they are always ready to support me with kindness, as if I were at home. It's very sad that you want to charge us for things that were already damaged having the text and photos, But don't worry, maybe the money will be more useful to you in the future. I thought you were honest, but everything comes to light, and even more so with proof. The lack of codes, loyalty, and transparency leaves a lot to be desired. You steal from your customers, and surely word of mouth will come back to haunt you in the near future if you behave in such a decadent manner. I hope the deposit is made soon and that the money you stole from us is useful to you, as it surely was to many others. It's a shame I didn't read the comments on Google before contacting you. We’ve had such a positive experience renting through Limestone Investments! We have been in our lovely home a year and just signed up for another. Our property manager, Bob Kinniburgh, has been amazing — always quick to respond and very helpful whenever any issues come up. We really appreciate how fast maintenance requests are handled, which takes a lot of the stress out of renting. The online payment portal is also super convenient and makes paying rent every month really simple. As a family of four (plus our two pups), it means a lot to feel comfortable and truly at home. Limestone has made that possible, and we’re grateful for their excellent service, trust in us, and communication. Highly recommend!
