Lilli Midtown

This is an unsolicited review that I wanted to share: Sophie is an amazing leasing agent and these apartments from what I can tell are worth every penny. I haven’t lived here but from experience let me just tell you that good property management staff are hard to come by, and the difference between living at a place the actually cares about their residents and the building versus not reflects in so many aspects of your daily living. How quickly do spills in the elevator get attended to? How often are trash chutes cleaned - can you smell garbage from down the hallway? Do your packages randomly get lost? Do the maintenance staff attend to issues right away or you get ghosted for weeks? Are garage gates fixed promptly when they break or do they go months unfixed while they wait to choose the

I came to Lilli and had an amazing tour with the leasing agent, Jacob. He provided detailed information and answered all questions. The units he showed was clean and well kept. Can't wait to apply!

Jacob was amazing! The building is very intimate and well kept. With only 7 units on each floor I love the privacy. As an apartment locator when I tour my clients the upkeep of the building is important and I ask many questions about this. Jacob answered all questions thoroughly. Very inviting and he represents the building well. Thank you Jacob look forward to bringing you more clients !

Lilli Midtown has been an awesome place to live. Sophie and Raven are a huge help and always super friendly. The building is great, and they host really nice resident events that make the community feel welcoming. Highly recommend!
