Lilac Village Palm Beach Gardens

We had a few housing options in Palm Beach Gardens, but we chose this location because of the outstanding service we received from Tamika. She was helpful from day one, stayed on top of all the paperwork, and always took the time to answer our questions. The process felt smooth and stress-free because of her.

Lilac village is truthfully a great place to live for the price. I’ve lived here for 8 months so far and here’s how it’s been. From the start the community actually feels like a community, my neighbors have been so helpful and friendly from day 1. We are located, in my opinion, in the perfect location - pickleball, dog park, the green market and trails are all in walking distance, and so many good restaurants are near. I’ve had a few maintenance issues including large ones like HVAC and water main leak that they were quick to jump on and fix to satisfaction. Alex in maintenance is top notch (we all love him), Fredo, the community manager, has been able to deal my our strong personalities 😂 and really helps drive results and then Tamika the leasing agent really works her tail off while alw

Lilac Village is a wonderful, cozy and pretty place to call home. It is well maintained and the staff is helpful and wonderful to know. Fredo does a great job running Lilac Village. He is always helpful and responsive. Tamika is super as well. I highly recommend living here. The location is great!
