Just signed our third lease and honestly have had so few issues. Maintenance guys are great and respond quickly to requests. It’s safe and in a really convenient location :)

I’ve had a great experience living at Lilac Pointe! The management team is responsive and always helpful, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the community is well-kept. The location is super convenient. It’s a quiet and comfortable place to live, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great apartment!

Lilac pointe has been great since I moved in May 2024! The maintenance staff are great and the grounds are kept up nice around the area as well. Great community events too! I went to a get together that had teas and macaroons and flyers raffle. Such a nice time and great host Mindy!

Great place to live! The leasing staff is friendly and welcoming, and host cute events with delicious snacks.

We love living here. When we set out to retire in Philadelphia, we looked at dozens of apartments and this was the only one that suited our needs. The staff is super friendly. We just had a quick maintenance need in that one of our fire alarms' battery needed changing and made the request for as soon as possible since the beeps were making us a little crazy lol. Someone came up within a very short time and took care of it super fast and efficiently! Great experience.
