Dealing with this company is one of the most stressful thing I ever encounter. They are so hard to reach and the time it take them to take of anything seems like eternity. 99% of the time when you call them, they never pick up the phone. You can leave them voice message or email them all you want and it take forever to reply back. For one example it take them over 2 weeks to response back to my loan agent to verify the HOA fee I am paying. One of the worst company I ever dealt with. If you have issues with your property or need their assistance, be prepare to wait a long period of time before you hear from them.

This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I just sent email #11, spanning **51 days** since I started trying to pay my HOA fees, I am still not able to do so - they just will not set up the account. They don't do their jobs, they don't reply, dealing with them for any little thing is a huge waste of time. If they are so irresponsible at even collecting HOA payments, it makes me very concerned for the rest of their abilities. Stay as far away from this company as you can.

The worst HOA company you could have. I’m one of the Villa Manor resident, and this management company is doing the worst job you could see from an HOA. 581 Villa has experienced constant water heater break down, and the HOA did absolute nothing to fix it, this is the 5th day without hot water in the building, and I’m just paying for a bunch of people not doing their job. If this company is not doing their job fixing the water heater, the most basic, minimum job you expect HOA to do, then what’s the point for me to pay for HOA?

Beware!!! Do not use them! They've been managing the HOA I live for 4 years that I know of. And I can say only one good word for them - they are pretty ok with cleaning services. Everything else they do - it's just awful. They never answer your calls. And never sign for the mail. Guess they are never there. The accountant though may return your call about 50% of the time or my husband is really lucky. We changed a lot within these last 3 years and every contractor they found is doing extremely bad job. They do not provide the service in timely manner, the equipment is not cheap (at least to the HOA) and even though it works worse than the one we had before. All the supposedly new equipment does not work properly, has malfunctions or some problems. Now we had put over a million dollars

If your HOA is being "managed" by this "company", I would look elsewhere. I work with many management companies as a mortgage broker and I have not encountered anything more terrible.  We have been trying to contact this company for over 3 weeks to get a simple form filled out.  NO response at all.  Absolutely terrible.  Avoid this company at all costs, because it may end up costing you!
