Alyssa was unaware that a foreigner can legally be a co-owner of a property in Maryland. Her initial refusal caused unnecessary stress during the home-buying process. She was slow to respond to calls and emails. Although we eventually closed, the experience involved avoidable worry. (I will not remove this comment)

Closing was processed on a tight schedule - under 3 weeks and was accomplished with ease. Closing table was complete - wiithout error - in under 12 minutes! Closing papers emailed within 3 hours post closing! Hope and Alyssa were outstanding with providing guidance and support leading up to and during the closing process.
