I went to go look at a home that was listed and fell in love with the home. I called and left a voicemail for someone to call back due to the business being closed when I had called. I got a phone call back the next day by Stephanie. Stephane was pleasant to speak with and answered all of my questions. She stated that I would be informed if another family was interested in this property so with that in mind I felt confident and I applied for the home after we talked and was approved within the next day! I got sent the cost breakdown and I was told to go get a check for the security deposit and to bring it to the main office. Well before I was able to do so Stephine emailed me back stating "I do have some unfortunate news. We did just accept a deposit on 5419 Riverbreeze as of 11:00am this

I can honestly say this has been the absolute easiest process to go through. Ms Stephanie has been a tremendous help with my husband and I the whole way. Any questions or concerns we had, she answered them in detail. Thanks to her we’ll be moving our family into our new rental 02/13/26!

0 stars. I would absolutely avoid this business.. seems more like a scam honestly. God forbid anyone in the office help a tenant, or even answer the phone. Problems immediately after move in, still not tended to 3 years later. Have to beg them to do any repairs, then they half ass fix it IF they actually show. They've done the absolute bare minimum to try and pass the place off as decent. lmao. They're are places in Jacksonville that are cheaper, better condition, better areas, etc. They're a joke. Please, i beg anyone considering DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THEM!!
