I am so fortunate to have rented a home through Lighthouse Management. I was moving from out of state and Megan made the process so easy! She was quick to assist me with back and forth documents to set up the lease and get me approved. It’s so nice to have a real person answer the phone. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. John gave me a very detailed virtual tour and was so kind in answering my questions. After I moved in there were only a few minor things for my check list and they sent Art and Will out right away to fix them. Will and Art were both very knowledgeable and had everything running smooth in no time. Hannah and Jamie were also great in the office! I am really enjoying my new home and I am so happy I rented through Lighthouse.

I’ve leased a home with lighthouse Managment going on my second year, they’re always so nice when I call & usually within a day or 2 they get their maintenance orders done. Also, they are some of the best houses for the best prices. Most other companies will charge you 2,000/month for homes while lighthouse you can find a nice large home for less than 2k & they don’t go up crazy amount when it’s time to renew. I plan to be with them as long as I’m able to & I hope to be in my house for a long time. We love it! I’m not sure what other people have experienced but anytime we needed something done I wasn’t charge extra and it was always addressed fairly quickly!

I've lived at Creek Ridge apartments managed by Lighthouse Management for 2 years. The staff has always been helpful and kind when I call. They have done some much needed renovations to the exterior making the property look so much better. For the price, you really can't beat living here!

I've been renting a house from the McKays for about 10 years now they are amazing anything you need as far as maintenance they will always help and be there for you the best they can won't a great home choose lighthouse property management.

This company is terrible. We had rats in our home and their idea of extermination was dropping off a rat trap. That is ,when or if they answered their phone at all. The office manager is rude,unprofessional and really has no idea what she is doing. Rats, roaches, rude staff, stay away from lighthouse properties.
