Unfortunately, our experience with Matt was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. He missed our first scheduled inspection despite me sending a confirmation text the day before, which went unanswered. On the day of the appointment, he did not call or text to inform us he would not be coming. I took unpaid time off from work to meet him, only to find out—through our realtor calling him—that he was not showing up at all. We rescheduled the inspection, but the experience did not improve.
