Do not waste your time or money. They use a janky third-party service called Snappt for their application process. I say “janky” because they flagged my fiancé’s bank statements as fraudulent even though they weren’t, which delayed our application process and left us without an apartment to move into. The least they could have done for the inconvenience was hold the apartment we applied for while this issue was resolved. The worst part is the staff is very nonchalant, zero compassion, and zero sense of urgency. I actually called before any of this happened to see if we could fix the issue before it became bigger, and we never received a call back with any kind of guidance. The apartment itself is nice. But the apartment management is the worst. After you move out they send you the move out balance whole also threatening you to send it to collections right away. Then they dont give you the full amount to pay just to later threaten you again with collections. And of course they say they are pet friendly but they will definitely charge you for the full carpet replacement after you leave. Even though the carpet in the home was impeccable. All in all, don’t waste your time and money on those apartments. There are better ones in El Paso especially for the money and the way these people treat their tenants.

Pricing was really really off, I received 3 different pricing in the same day. We got txt it pricing before getting a tour schedule the pricing on the txt said 1,428 for a 2bd 2bth, then when going into the tour prices change and went up to 1600$+ for a 2bd 2bth and when I spoke to my friend who lives there stated she pays 1,600$ for a 3bd there... so a bit confused. Makes you not want to trust an apartment complex like these...

The whole process was a bit confusing. I received several emails from different sources or at least that’s what I thought. Whenever I wanted to contact the leasing office, the call was sent to a call center and when I asked them to transfer my call to someone in the leasing office, most of the times the call was not taken and I had to hang up and call again until I could finally speak with a leasing agent. The move in was a much better experience and I am now enjoying my apartment. Thank you.

Been here two years and have been very comfortable and feel safe. Personnel is awesome and very nice, respectful. Things are fixed right away. Beautiful apartments and landscape is always clean. Very happy living here. You too will be happy living here, great choice!
