Avoid this builder at all costs. Building a custom home should be exciting—not a full-time job managing every detail yourself because the builder refuses to take responsibility. From the start, I was forced to oversee the entire project, constantly chasing updates, coordinating vendors, and correcting their mistakes. We chose to build in Aripeka in Viera. We thought we made the right choice by selecting this builder but it has been nothing short of stressful. The pricing errors were outrageous—multiple discrepancies totaling nearly $100,000. And the pavers? Installed three months before closing, yet I didn’t receive pricing until one week before closing. They had to redo the pavers four times. Yes, four. We have a positive experience with Lifestyle for our new construction home. From initial sales conversations, we really appreciated being able to spend time refining our wishlist to fit within our budget. Travis was very helpful with his recommendations. Once we started the build, Dan our contractor kept us updated throughout the whole process and was very responsive. When we ran into road blocks with city permits/FPL he did his best to help expedite things. We are incredibly happy with the quality and look of our finished home and would recommend lifestyle to anyone looking to build a custom home.

We recently purchased a home in Aripeka built by Lifestyles. Our home is absolutely beautiful. Lifestyles made sure that any issues we had were resolved promptly. Our Project Manager was Russ and he's awesome at getting things done and keeping us informed on timelines. We highly recommend this company for a custom home. We extended our lanai, extended the primary bath and extended the pantry and aded an outdoor shower. This was our first custom built home and it all went fairly smoothly and we closed earlier than expected!

My husband and I considered working with multiple builders before we chose to go with LifeStyle. Ultimately, I'm the most happy with our choice because the overwhelming process of selecting our hardscapes, floor plan, color schemes, etc was much easier because of their design studio. Had we chosen a custom home builder, I know this process would have been much harder for us. Our home did take longer to complete than originally planned because of COVID, however the team we worked with was very accommodating to our family's needs. Building a home is always stressful, but overall I feel LifeStyle was a great choice, and we are SUPER happy with the quality of our home. We never plan on leaving and I recommend them to everyone who asks!

After researching a great number of builders in our area we are very happy and fortunate that we selected LifeStyle Homes. Lifestyle was very easy to work with and has models that are modern and energy-smart! We love our new home!!
