Life at Lexington Square

I had really high hopes for this place, Mr. Marshall seemed very friendly. Unfortunately, after we were approved for a two bedroom and agreed on a year lease. I was informed by Keisha that it was damaged with water. I went to look and there was a grill outside and the blinds were closed, someone else had moved in. Keisha and the manager “Maegan” were doing everything in their power to get us in a different apartment. Sincerest apologies, but either you deceived me with water damages or you simply can’t put the correct numbers on the lease agreement. Very disappointing waste of time!

I had recently moved out of there from a 12 month lease. To Start off I had a whole cabinet missing the whole 12 months I was there. The Dishwasher never worked and did not ever get fixed. I had holes in my wall in the bathroom in between the wall and bathtub. Also had holes in one of my rooms so deep that you can see under the floor. I had a Rat in my wall and it would come in my apartment from the missing cabinet in the kitchen and if I couch down I can see all the way to the back wall. I have asked multiple times to speak to someone that owns the company and I get shut down everytime.

"A Breath of fresh air" I Just recently moved to Lexington, KY. Been looking and looking and looking for a place to move into that can accommodate all my needs and my fur babies. Needless to say I am in LOVE with my new place. The Crew is amazing especially Mr.Jonathan M. He was so patient with me and took his time showing me around the property, giving me options, and keeping my needs in mind. They are straight forward with no hidden fees (I love). Also got to meet his higher up Megan, and she was also a delight! Definitely going to suggest to my other friends that are moving from Wyoming into lex, to come check this nice place out. Again big props to Mr. Jonathan for being so knowledgeable and understanding to my needs.

I have been at this property for over 2 1/2 years. One thing I could say is they have done a 360 by getting the properties together Jonathan and Megan has done a wonderful job by getting this property together. The best two people are in the office since I’ve been here so the community is definitely. Is a lot better but I will tell y’all this if Jonathan leaves I’m definitely leaving because he done too much hard work for this community and Megan too and if anybody else probably take over this property a lot of of your residence probably going to leave

I recently moved in & I will have to say, I love my apt. Jonathan is amazing. He helped out so much & he did a fantastic job! If you’re looking to be a resident here, Jonathan is your go to guy. He made my move in so smooth!
