Whatever you do, do NOT rent from Lieth Enterprises. A resident became SEVERELY ILL due to their NEGLIGENCE and they did absolutely nothing. That was me. I got VERY SICK with MOLD POISONING because of mold in multiple places within one of their townhomes in the woods. They DENIED the mold despite obvious evidence and REFUSED to send in a mold-removal professional. Renting from them was THE WORST mistake I've ever made in my adult life.
