If you’re a contractor or any kind of vendor that’s certified and qualified for specialty work or even emergency repairs I suggest you run or separate yourself far from these owners and management at this place, I repaired a 2 inch main (water )and ball valve out here , started at 5 and didn’t finish till 12am working tirelessly me and my business partner , got done , sent in an invoice that was agreed upon and was supposed to be paid in 30 days ( no problem) , now here it is 2 months later and half the payment received , I tell you stay away , far away!!! Plus the tenants lord blessed them were without water for 4days before I showed up( bad business)

I Ms. Jackson have seen so much improvement in the liberty square apartments since management Ms Lesa came.Before Ms Lesa came we had plenty of shootings,all types of theft, stealing tags off cars and breaking in cars.Peoples walking all night with big guns and face covered masks on.loud parties,peoples living in some vacant apartments disrespectful tenants stomping and jumping if they live over you.Speeding all types of craziness going on in liberty square apartments. There has been numerous of management coming and going in the office and they didn't do what Ms Lesa the property manager has done she goes up and beyond I'm so very glad she's here it's much safer in liberty square thanks to Ms Lesa keep up the great work if it wasn't for Ms Lesa caring about the peoples and Liberty square

The new manager is trying to make it better but it is the people who have their company make all kind of noise at night like everyone wants to hear their music that makes the complex uncomfortable. They have no respect for their neighbors and annoying as hell. If there wasn’t so much disturbance it would be a decent place to live in my opinion.

I have no problem out there. Whenever I need some fix they get right to it.The new manger out there is doing a good job with make sure it’s a safe place to stay. She work nights in day to keep safe place.

This is the quiet place ever. It’s not the people it’s the property manager. The only thing she does it guard the gate to see who enters nothing inside of home. No one can have guess which isn’t in the lease but to stop delivery services is insane if they can show proof. They ain’t know what the reason is someone needs to come.
