Liberty Military Housing - Whitehurst Farms

Zero complaints. They’ve always helped with any issue very promptly, they explain what’s going on, and have a plan if there’s a bigger issue. Jason Yeary has been in our home numerous times for maintenance and is always kind and polite to my children and pets. These guys have even come out late at night for more emergent fixes and they never seem bothered that it’s midnight or whatever time it might be. Love living here, it’s the best decision we’ve made.

We’ve lived in military housing for 10 years now and this is by far the best housing we’ve ever been in. The staff is amazing, so kind and helpful. Maintenance is fast and reliable. We love the community events, our kids always have a blast.

The houses and community are top tier, as far as military housing is concerned. Maintenance is quick, and respectful of my request for shoe covers. Neighbors are quiet, and there are a lot of children. Four stars, because we have been here for a week and a half and there’s been a pest issue. Pest control came out twice and it’s still persistent, hope to have it resolved soon. Otherwise nice community.

We been here going on a year. Office staff is always available when we need them. Maintenance has been pretty fast with any issues we did have & always have been respectful upon entering our home. Lots of parks in the neighborhood.

Outside of the houses themselves having curb appeal and maintenance doing the best they can with what they can, I think the community is lacking. If it came down to just those two factors I’d give a 5 star. But realistically it doesn’t, SAFETY here is a huge issue… in all the military communities I’ve ever lived in, I’ve never felt as unsafe as I do here. We’ve had our cars broken into and things stolen from our property. Our community needs to be gated or have a guard. We shouldn’t be out there protecting our country while the homes we are given aren’t protecting our families.
