I recently moved into my new apartment with Liberty Bell Management, and the experience has been great from start to finish. The leasing process was smooth, communication was clear and timely, and the team was very helpful with any questions I had. Move-in was organized and stress-free. I truly appreciate their professionalism and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a well-managed property.

Everything about this property was perfect from the outside in. Great lighting and that brand new smell to it. Each room was well put together. The realtor was very well knowledge about the property and its surroundings. I really liked the home intercom it showed the area for a short distance. I would feel safe here.

Scammers!!! They use a PO Box for an address to avoid being sued. I’ve been trying to serve them for a year now for my security deposit. They make up lies about damage in order to keep the deposit. I have all pictures and videos of proof moving in and out. Still working to find a correct address for them. Do not rent from them!! From the previous comments and my own experience I expect lots of lawsuits from this company.

I genuinely hate writing reviews like this, but at this point, I feel my hand is forced. What my mother and I have endured since moving into this unit has been nothing short of exhausting and deeply disappointing. We moved in at the end of February 2024. Just one week later, my mother suffered a spinal infection that left her paralyzed. She was hospitalized until August of that same year. During that time, I called the leasing office to explain our situation — that we lived on the second floor and this directly impacted her ability to receive care. No one ever called me back. When my mother was finally discharged, she personally called and emailed, asking if something could be done to make her living situation safe and manageable. Once again, no one responded. Best management company ever. I would give them 10 stars if I could! I have never experienced a company so responsive. Every question I have asked has been answered IMMEDIATELY. Thank you for everything.
