LHS New Construction & Remodeling

LHS was able to hear and understand our vision for our custom home build and bring it to a reality! They have a great collection of sub contractors and industry contacts they can and did call on; we would use them again. Todd's willingness and ability to adapt to changes when we decided to go in a different direction (often on the fly), meant that we were truly able to get the house we had envisioned - only better 😁. He went the extra mile to ensure we were truly satisfied with our new home.

I fully remodeled an older 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with Jessie in 2015. He was a dream to work with. Communications, follow-through and end result were great. I would definitely recommend working with LHS and would call them again.

LHS did a wonderful job on our remodel, cleaned up daily, were polite and on time. They were a pleasure to work with. Jessie is knowledgeable and his foreman Ryan kept everything moving along, and can answer questions and knows everything about the business. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
