My experience with this company was very disappointing. I initially entered a purchase process with them and was told that if my loan was denied due to my work permit status (category C8), they would keep the property pending (off the market) for 90 days while I received the physical card. However, despite that assurance, the property was soon marked pending for other clients. I also received inconsistent information throughout the process. The denial letter stated that the reason for rejection was “lack of income,” even though the team had previously told me it was because of my work permit status.
