LGI Homes - Poinciana

This by far has been the worst experience I have ever had with buying a home. After seeing and visiting multiple builders, we wanted to see what LGI in Poinciana, FL had to offer. After showing us some houses, We wanted to see what the numbers would approximately look like, just like we have done with all of the other builders. Once we had some of our questions answered, there were several questions that they could not give us an answer to due to the fact that they were “Loan Officer questions” When we asked for the Loan Officer’s number, they immediately said and insisted that the only way we could speak to them is if we would give them $1000 which we were very surprised because we have never came across this in all of the years that we have purchased homes. All of the staff is very friendly. My wife and daughter have been working with Joaquin to purchase a new home. We have been working with him for the last 5 months and he is went above and beyond to help us out through this process. With any luck we should be closing soon and have the keys to our new home. Staff where great answered all my concerns and questions. Houses are very beautiful and full with upgrades other builders would charge extra for. I have learned of LGI homes as I work as one of their trade partners. The hole staff are awesome. They helped us go from low credit scores to good scores. With out there help we couldn't have go out new house. Thank you Joaquin, Angel, and Marwah.

I expected to have a repeat of the negative home buying experience (i.e. nothing affordable, commissioned agents trying to keep their jobs, reject homes, etc.), BUT boy was I in for a surprise! Joaquin Lora was a delight and a pleasure to work with. Not only did he take the time to get to know me and what my home needs were, he went as far as making me feel apart of the family.
