THIS COMPANY LGI IS A JOKE🤬HOA THEY DO NOT SHOVEL DRIVEWAYS/SIDEWALKS OR STREETS AND LEAVE US TO FEND FOR OURSELVES‼️YET THEY WILL PAY CONTRACTORS TO CLEAR OUT THE EMPTY HOUSES THAT ARE NOT SOLD WHERE THEY ARE NOT RECEIVING HOA FEES FOR BUT THOSE OF US THAT PAY CANNOT GET HELP???? MAKE THAT MAKE SENSE!!!😡THE STREET IS A MESS AND PILED WITH MOUNDS OF SNOW❄️ THEY DON’T HAVE ANY TRUCKS FOR FOUR DAYS COME TO CLEAN IT UP/PLOW AND OR SALT OUR STREET TO GET US OUT OF HERE‼️‼️NO STREETLIGHTS AT ALL IN NEIGHBORHOOD IT IS SO DARK YOUR AFRAID TO COME HOME AT NIGHT ANYONE CAN BE HIDING AROUND HERE‼️HOUSES ARE EXTRA SMALL LIKE AN APARTMENT AND FALLING APART‼️RIDICULOUS😡SUCH A MISTAKE DEALING WITH THEM GO SOMEWHERE ELSE👎🏾

Some of the staff there is rude. And impatient. Markova is nice until the transaction is done. I feel is a lot of bait switch things with them. Can’t recommend

If I could give 0 stars I would just like the reviews say how they’re nice at the beginning but then they’re rude they answer the phone with laziness with no customer service I DONT RECOMMEND

I was interested,but the reviews was awful how can you want people to invest their money and being rude at the same time.that not professional

I give 2 stars because they lady I spoke with was always professional & extremely nice. If I could give zero stars I would because how to you build homes but yet do not accommodate people with disabilities. The Maryland law states, " requirements of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and must design and construct 5% of the dwelling units, or at least one unit, whichever is greater, to be accessible for persons with mobility disabilities." Yet I'm told by your staff that you can not accommodate us. All we needed was the doorways to be widen a few inches so that we can get into every room of a home that we were going to buy. Just terrible!
