We purchased our home with LGI this last year and it was a very smooth process. When you are buying a home it can be a very nervous and self doubting moment but we had all the help needed to feel confident about our purchase. After living in our LGI home for just over a year, we have had so many issues that we’ve had to fix. Replacing toilet parts and having leaking toilets because they used plastic bolts to bolt down the toilet that broke is one thing. Replacing our entire septic system because there is ZERO oversight when these homes are constructed is entirely something that should never happen. Contractors are allowed to do whatever and use heavy machinery on the property after the septic has been installed. They do not protect it at all. I have two brand new LGI homes on my road that I watched heavy machinery drive on. I wish I would have known they did that when I bought mine.
