Good place. Nice houses, well built, easy buying process so far. 20 minutes to downtown but not as urbanized as other areas. Near highways and Trinity River basin nature preserves, not far from UNT Dallas. Neighbors I saw were all races, all ages. Safe pocket in this development but the old neighborhood around it needs work and investment. A lot of room for future commercial building in the wider area, only basic amenities nearby now.

This has been the most exilerating and engaging two months with LGI Homes. Marriel and Chadd absolutely blew my mind with this new build home 🏡 purchase experience.
