We had a fabulous experience with the home buying process from the initial contact through the moving process. Kyle was and still has been kind, extremely responsive, and helped ease all our worries and resolve all our questions. All the LGI staff my family spoke to were knowledgeable, respectful, and open to all questions to help us come to the best decision with this process. There was no pressure but tons of support ongoing. Kyle was always available and handled all my questions even when topics crossed about general house questions or with the mortgage process.
1 star due to the fact that I've never gone there or dealt with anyone from this organization. I viewed one of their properties on Zillow. Nice looking layout, but I think there's a HOA, if my memory serves me well.
