Lexington Village Apartments

Former resident. Please note - all of these stellar reviews are about a TOUR from NON RESIDENTS. Its' obvious that Madeline has requested positive reviews with possible incentives. Please look through for actual reviews. I left due to mismanagement and lies, as well as things not being fixed (like my apartment being 90+ degrees for over a week and iced over AC hoses but they kept claiming there was nothing they could do). Buyer Beware!!

Edit: My overall experience of living here was actually cool but and a very big but is both my cars got broken into. Popped my windows out!!! I’m so disappointed because after my car got broken in the first time they did get security. The second time we had security but it’s such a large complex to cover that I still got hit. That is very expensive to have to replace. I work hard for mine. If you decide to move here be on your toes. Edit: Madeline has been the bomb dot com. I appreciate her more than words can describe. She has really been working and doing her job!!!! Today I got the staff lunch because they works is hard to provide a great environment. I truly appreciate that. This is my first place and it was a great move in. They just don’t understand the joy they have brought into my

Me and my daughter had a tour today with the property manager named Madeline & she was absolutely amazing. She did an awesome job with welcoming us and taking us on a well detailed tour. She provided us with all the information we needed & she was so kind and polite. & the apartments are very very nice I loved it looking forward to moving here soon. Thank you Madeline I would recommend Lexington village apartments to anybody looking to move.

Very positive experience. The manager Madeline is top notch. She hustles! She communicates in a timely manner and submits the appropriate paperwork in order to get things done. I have been very satisfied with my interactions and I was able to get into an apartment quickly and start my job!

My experience here at Lexington Village has been awesome!! I have lived here for over a year now and I’ve loved it! The apartments are nice inside with central AC and heat. I love how beautiful the little community is and the management at the leasing office has always been nice and professional. Sharonda has been really great, and she helps where she can. Maintenance can be kind of slow to respond sometimes but they are trying to service the whole complex so I can understand. I recommend this place to anyone that is thinking about living here!
