Extremely unprofessional experience. There is no clear signage indicating where visitors can or cannot park, which causes a lot of confusion. Representatives from the company came out with clipboards claiming they owned the property but had no visible ID badges or credentials—just clipboards, which felt very untrustworthy. Without any proper warnings or communication, they began towing vehicles. This is not how a professional real estate business should operate, especially in a community like Celebration. I would not recommend working with a company that treats potential clients or visitors this way. I can’t imagine how these people even do real estate transactions based off of how they monitor the lots.
