Lexington Park Apartments

Results of deliberate negligence from Lexington Hall management at Colonial Hall Apartments. They were reached out to the problem causing this mold back in June and this is resulted in me getting sick and having breathing issues. Do not move into this complex or any complex owned by Lexington and if you do and they're having these issues, take action and open an escrow account. I am trying desperately to get the hell out of here before it kills me because they go out of their way to ignore their tenants with these issues.

I have contacted them numerous times regarding it RAINING in both of my kids rooms. There is bad mold & my eldest has chronic asthma. They came to take pics & never came back. My back door doesn’t open ( fire hazard ) & still no response. In order to get results, contact corporate. Currently working on a lawsuit. They pick & choose who they want to help .

They let tenants play loud music and disturbs the neighborhood. I have called the after hours number several times and nothing has been done about the tenants playing loud music.

I moved into this Property 8/19 of this year and Mrs. Tanya has been more than helpful. Her patience during my whole move in process was and is still outstanding.

The people at Lexington and Franklin and Johnson group are completely unprofessional, dishonest and deliberate in forceing low-income households in inhabitable and dangerous conditions with no solutions. They will literally go out of their way to avoid speaking to you when it comes to emergencies until you get the city involved. But they will take your money. Lawsuit pending.
