This place looks nice at first but once you live here long enough there's roaches everywhere! My mom was cooking something and the roach fell into the hot pot!! So she literally cooked a roach. Disgusting!!!! Also a roach jumped on me and went on my face close to my mouth. And they had an attitude when it Covid 19 Nobody was working and they said be responsible when nobody was working so nobody could pay rent!!

I've lived in this complex since 2018 and the value and appeal has gone far down the drain....if it's not the constant shootings going on around here, you have apartments that are being raided due to drugs, cars being towed illegally, trash overflowing at the dumpsters. The icing on the dumpster fire is the management company, this place has switched management companies twice as I've lived here and the company that is currently running the place could care less about the tenants. Their lack of communication or lack of care about communicating with the tenants is what is upsetting to me the most. Work being done around the property, utility shutoffs, you have to dig to get the information because they don't provide it to you. This will be my last year living in this area and it saddens me

I want to thank Tatiana & Carl for the most amazing move in process that I ever had! They're customer service is absolutely impeccable! The process only took 1 week and they both were extremely helpful throughout 👏 Wonderful staff & they were efficient and my move in is today and I absolutely love my apartment ❤️ Thank you so much for all you do!!
