Lexington Farms Apartments

I really love this place. I fell in love with it when I was searching for a place to live and I kept going back to it. A big impression was made by Marilyn and Gabriel. They were so accommodating and helpful and made the process painless and easy. Throughout some uncertainties with processing they were so good about communication having my ducks in a row. They stayed in touch and made sure I was flawless in the process, not missing a step. They always warmly greeting with a warm smile and ask if I need anything I would recommend this place to any of my friends looking.

I had such a great experience moving into this community last week! Linda gave me the tour and helped me to apply—she was absolutely wonderful. It was by far the best tour I had anywhere, and her enthusiasm and love of the property really made me want to call this place home. The community itself is beautiful, with a perfect location, gorgeous grounds, and even an incredible park right next door. My move-in was seamless: the apartment was spotless, and maintenance was quick to take care of the couple of small things I noted on my checklist. I’m so excited to be here and already feel at home!

The staff here is polite and personable. Jose our maintenance technician is recognized through out the community for his upbeat and optimistic attitude. His charisma and unwavering professionalism are his strong suits. Marlyn, Lexington Farms property manager is timely, detail oriented and super creative/interactive with residents. Linda is our leasing agent, I enjoy her bubbly personality and sense of style. They definitely work as a team to ensure the residents needs are met, no complaints here!

Overall, this wasn’t a bad place to live, but there were definitely some frustrations that added up over time. The apartment itself is actually quite nice—though a little outdated—and we worked hard to make it feel like home. One of the biggest downsides was the lack of community. There were occasional community events, but they were usually announced with barely any notice. For example, there was a birthday celebration for residents in March that we found out about the day before—it was scheduled from 3–5 PM on a weekday, when most people are at work. If you have a dog, be warned: the dog park is not well maintained, and there is dog poop everywhere because many residents don’t clean up after their pets. Maintenance of common areas is sorely lacking. Maintenance in general is a huge pain

I currently live at Lexington Farms Apartments, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. The community is beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained, with fantastic amenities that make everyday life comfortable and enjoyable. It truly feels like home. I want to give a special thank-you to Linda Wagner, the leasing consultant who made my move-in process so easy and pleasant. Linda is not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly kind and attentive. She was always there to answer my questions and help with anything I needed. Her warmth and care truly made me feel welcome from day one. I highly recommend Lexington Farms Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live. And if you have the chance to work with Linda Wagner, you will be in the best hands!
