Their current 1.4 star overall taring is generous honestly... long story short as possible; They rejected an auto-online payment last year. Racked up a bunch of late fees and never told me. I tried to reach out to them several times all the while late fees keep occuring. Fine. I paid it and figurued I will just have to be paranoid and check every month since they can't seem to cash a check. They billed 2.19.26 and I paid instantly. Then they hoped in their time machine and charged ANOTHER late fee on 2.16.25 after it took me all this time to get the first one sorted! On top of that the check mail date was 2.24.25 and they cashed it 3.4.25. Who sits on checks that long?? Or is that part of their plan to justify the time machine late fee? Wow. Lots of low ratings here. I wish I saw this earlier when switching HOA mgmt companies. I'll keep it brief. They don't return calls, and force everything to email while still. Managing to disregard your request. They drag requests out with inefficient and circular communication. I rarely leave one star reviews, but this time I almost did. Had they not even returned emails I would have. I am very disappointed like many others.

The receptionist (Jennifer) was rude and condescending, did not know how to communicate, she wanted to answer my questions before I asked her, poor communication skills….. I guess that’s one of the reasons this joke of a business has 1.4 stars on line. how is it they are still in business, and why would ANY HOA hire them?

I echo some of the same sentiments in these reviews - horrible. It begs the question, is anyone paying attention? Whoever makes the decisions on who to use as a property manager should find a new company. Plus they are not even BBB accredited. Very condescending, very ill-informed, and extremely unprofessional.
