Level at Village Gardens Apartments

I’ve been living at Level at Village Gardens for about a year and a half, and I’m really happy here! The area is great - quiet, safe, and convenient. The maintenance team always responds super fast and is ready to help anytime. The office staff are also very kind and helpful. During all this time, I haven’t had any problems at all. Only small things, and they were fixed right away. I really like the building -it’s new, clean, and the layout of my apartment is perfect for me. I honestly enjoy living here!

We had a great experience renting these unfurnished apartments. The property is clean, bright, and well taken care of. The layout is convenient, and everything inside works perfectly — from plumbing to heating. One of the best parts is the swimming pool — always clean and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The area is quiet and safe, with shops and restaurants nearby.

Came in for a tour. Leasing agent was friendly and knowledgeable about the property. Common areas were clean. Underground parking looked pretty convenient for Nebraska weather. The amenities were nice as well (workout room, pool, Amazon pickup area, conference room, party room and deck)

Update as of 10/21/2025: Level has really stepped up their service and experience! They have updated their floors in the entry way, increased communication with tenants, and have improved my overall experience! They have been doing a great job and I hope they continue to improve and make this place the best living environment around! Update as of 8/16/2025: I waited 40 minutes to discuss my lease and options. I had to call the agent 4 times and she said she forgot about the meeting because everyone cancelled their tour times. When it comes down to it, Red Prairie Management/Level do not care about their residents as long as they are getting paid. In this business you are servants first and that is not the case here. The maintenance at Level apartments is wonderful. Always quick to respond and address any issues. Building is always kept clean and love the coffee in the lobby! Favorite thing about living here is that everything is connected and you don’t have to go outside for anything!
