Level 25 at Oquendo By Picerne

We’ve been living here for over 3 years and are extremely happy. The staff is friendly and professional, and maintenance is always quick and reliable. Our apartment is great, the community feels very safe, and the amenities are well kept. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live.

I just wanted to come on here as I’m sitting in my car observing my surroundings.. We truly have a beautiful community here at Level 25 @ Oquendo. The neighbors are pleasant, the staff is pleasant, I love my unit w the view… Thank you for providing such a dope environment to thrive in.

I stayed here for a year. The upkeep is fine, but the buildings are flimsy. When a neighbors slams the door, the whole building shakes. Management knows this is an issue, I'm sure other neighbors have the same problem . The new neighbors don't care at all. The doors are so loose specially 2 bedrooms apartment buildings so more ppl come and go and slammed the door so hard. It feels restless and never ending. Not the place to look for quality life

Let me start by saying the staff here is really good. The houses are not to bad. It’s a good place for families. However it is WAY overpriced for the value. For 1 a lot of things break in the apartments, and not simple stuff. My microwave door handle broke, our wash room door broke, and the garbage disposal broke. The BIGGEST PROBLEM we have is the bugs like nats all through our house and there is nothing we can do to get rid of them. And the water heater is so loud it will wake you up who ever came up with the idea of a tankless water heater missed the mark it’s SOOOOO LOUD… The pool are is a headache for relaxing, because of the kids. Cars in the back keep getting broken into. For the price you pay you would think it is a top of the line apartment like the others but it is not the amenit

I have lived here almost 5 years. This place has been nothing but good to us, maintenance is top notch, and the office staff is like family. Something happened today that Bryan one of the office staff people called me to ask if I lost my cat. I received an email a few hours ago about this. They have been keeping the cat in the leasing office. As the day comes to an end they started calling all the residents to see whose cat it is. I just got that call and decided to leave a review. Though it is not my cat I am just so happy that my office staff loves us so much they do things like this. Every other place I've ever lived would have just left the cat outside and moved on with their day. And this is just one of many examples of them trying to help the community with lost animals, lost items I
