Hands down the most knowledgeable team when if comes to Brownstones on the Upper West Side. Rick and Sophie literally know every building's history and occupants.

Their website is not good at all. Difficult to find properly of your choice. This website needs lots of Modifications being not search friendly. I wish they follow filters like Zillow. This way we can search for property that matches our choice. I guess they are good in Real Estate business as a brick and mortar but not online. I think they can contact me if they want something more from their website. Nowadays it is imperative to have a nice and easy website or a mobile application

The worst customer service and communication I have ever experienced! These people just wasted 8 days of my life. I made genuine offers, got limited feedback, slow communication and ambiguous feedback. After 8 days fees were introduced and a deposit amount still hadn't been declared. It's clear now why properties are on the market for such a long time. My advice to the owner, management and agents is to be honest and communicate; customer service is everything.
