I have nothing but positive things to say about my stay at University Square. The staff is consistently helpful and treats me with the utmost respect and generosity. I am overall very pleased with being a resident here, but I would especially like to highlight Ms. Victoria and Khadijah. They always welcome me with a smile and go above and beyond with my requests. The customer service they provide is second to none, and they should be recognized for their professionalism and how quickly they respond to emails regarding any concerns. From the moment I inquired, the team was welcoming and professional. I especially want to recognize Abria, who was absolutely awesome throughout the entire process. She took the time to clearly explain all the details about pricing, lease terms, amenities, and availability. She was incredibly patient, answered every question thoroughly, and communicated in such a kind and friendly manner. My time at University Square was truly been a great experience. My girl Delencia always took care of me and my family and the agents I dealt with, Khadijah and Andre treated me with kindness and respect, they went above and beyond to make sure my needs were taken care of. The community is clean, peaceful, and felt safe, it’s the kind of environment that gives you a peace of mind. Maintenance was always responsive and always made sure they took off their shoes before coming into my apartment. I was very thankful for the time I’ve spent there and for the management that made this community feel like home.

I recently relocated to this residence. The move-in procedure was seamless and reassuring. Brandon has demonstrated excellent communication skills with me from the very beginning. The only reason I didn't give them a 5-star rating is that the apartment did not fully meet my expectations regarding being “move-in ready." However, Brandon attentively listened and ensured my concerns were addressed promptly. The apartments are spacious, and I appreciate the ample storage capacity within the unit. The Bad: The apartment has major roach and rodent infestation issues, unbearably squeaky floors prevent sleep, and critical water leaks and repair issues often go unresolved for over 30 days due to unresponsive management. The Good: The front office staff is friendly, the move-in process was easy, the carpets were clean and new, the apartment layout is excellent, and the location is great. Most importantly, these apartments have major, building-wide pest issues. A few days after moving in (September 2025), management sent a notice for a pest control inspection and treatment. Dead roaches followed. Later, when turning on the lights at night, I observed roaches scurrying away under appliances and into the walls, which prompted me to buy sticky traps.
