This community provides exceptional service and resident care. The leasing and management team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a positive living experience. Maintenance is prompt, knowledgeable, and always respectful when entering the apartment. The grounds are well-kept and common areas are clean and welcoming. It’s rare to find an apartment community with this level of customer focus. Five stars without hesitation!

If it’s a -1 star I will give them that We’re living here for two years. The maintenance is bad everything here is bad, unsafe, office people don’t care about this cuz they’re lazy. Our ceiling broke down/ water leaking from an snow that melted Also a problem with homeless people sleeping in the stairs and doing drugs. Cockroach, mouse and they won’t do anything about it. In the summer it was hot as hell and they not let us have a control through our AC, turn the AC off before winter. People steal our mail, Random guys knock the door in the middle of the night asking for money… Even this place is affordable but please don’t waste your time and risk your life to stay here. Any bad thing could happen anytime and they won’t do anything about it/ fix it

She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her customer service skills are top-tier, and her work ethic really shows in how attentive, patient, and organized she is.
