Lerner Falls at Flint Hill

Gives a very cozy vibe the moment you walk in. Nice roomy apartments, quiet community. I’ve had a great experience with The Falls at Flint Hall so far. The leasing office team is incredibly helpful and responsive both before and after signing the lease, which honestly made a big difference. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. Even after moving in, the team has remained approachable and supportive, which says a lot. The building is well maintained, and it genuinely feels like they care about their residents, not just about filling units. Overall, a very positive experience. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-managed community.

The apartment management has been extremely helpful in getting me settled in my new apartment. The service is outstanding. A special thanks to May for her friendly and helpful attitude. I want to give a great review to Patricia, May, and Brandi at Lerner Falls. I am currently looking for an apartment to move into in about 6 months, and at most other properties, once they found out I wasn’t moving immediately, they didn’t want to give me a tour. At Lerner Falls, it was completely different. They were very welcoming, kind, and patient. They showed me more than two apartments, answered all my questions, and provided all the information I needed without rushing me or making me feel uncomfortable. They truly made me feel confident about my decision, and because of how well I was treated, I already know that when my lease ends, I will apply with them. Mayson and Brandy did an amazing job assisting with my move. They were extremely communicative, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process. They even set up the elevator for my move when it slipped my mind, which made everything run so much more smoothly. They truly went above and beyond, and I sincerely appreciate their help. This apartment complex is sub-par to say the least. Overpriced for the quality of living you receive. The leasing staff is lazy and rude, specifically Patricia. She was difficult to work with when signing our lease and made several off-hand comments to me and my roommate. This is just the tip of the iceberg, upon move in it was clear that maintenance and cleaning was done haphazardly. There was rodent feces covering the balcony, no weather stripping on the doors, leaking shower heads and sink faucet fixtures, and nails sticking up out of the bedroom door threshold wood pieces. Getting them to fix these issues was like pulling teeth, and I ended up nailing down the threshold nails myself to avoid the headache of coordinating with their maintenance team.
