Lerner Excelsior Tower

Really BAD experience living there! Rude and useless leasing office, Cockroach everywhere, Radicious water bills... After I applied, I prepare document based on leasing's requirement. But eventually told me they rejected my application. And then I was trying to ask how can I solve this, the people working at leasing office were really really rude to me. At the end, I have to find another guarantor. And the rent increased after they rejected... During the time that I were living there, I lived in a studio apartment but my water bill is like $90-100 per month. That's really ridiculous and unacceptable. I was trying to contact somebody to solve this problem, what the leasing office do just give me a water company's phone number to ask me contact by myself. But the water charge is not base

The space was clean, modern, and thoughtfully laid out, with great natural light and plenty of storage. The community felt quiet and welcoming, and the amenities were well-maintained. Most of all, the leasing staff was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful—answering every question without any pressure. This tour really stood out and made me excited about the possibility of living here. Highly recommend checking it out!

It’s been a really nice experience living at Lerner Excelsior tower. Manager at the property is really amazing lady so the staff as well. They are always ready to listen your concerns and solve it on time. Management is very helpful and understanding. Looking forward for wonderful time at property.
