Leonard Pointe

This is the perfect place to live! We’ve been in a 2bed-2bath here since 2020 and are NEVER leaving. Great building amenities — especially the roof in the summer and gym all year round — and the location near mccarren park and greenpoint is very ideal. Tons of great restaurants bars and grocery stores nearby and very accessible with the L and G lines plus the BQE. The apartments are beautiful (modern and spacious with great views of Manhattan, BK, and Queens) but what really makes this place is the incredible staff: Jose, Dom, Miguel, Tim, George, Shaun, Joe, Larissa, and Wilson. These guys are seriously the best 🫡🤩🥰 So fun, friendly, and always on the ball. We (and our two puppies) love them!

Living at Leonard Pointe was really great. The roof, parking and park nearby made the pandemic in NYC bearable. The staff was always so great (Domenick, Josh, Miguel, Brian) and helpful. I’d highly recommend this building. Our apartment was super comfortable and having a balcony was my favorite. Our view was so nice. The only negative is when we moved out they slapped us with a 250 cleaning fee which was absolutely unnecessary. The place was clean. It was cleaner than when we moved in.

My husband and I lived in Leonard Pointe for two years and it was the highlight of our years living in the city. If you already live in new york, you know how great it is to find a good building. If we hadn't moved to another state, we would definitely still be in our beautiful corner apartment overlooking the city. The building management and staff is next level. The front desk personnel are incredible- like an extension of family. They are kind, welcoming and super on top of everything with packages, parking, etc. When we would go away, they also helped us out with our plants and brought our packages in our place- we completely trusted them. My wife and I originally expected to stay at Leonard Pointe for a short time, yet we have consistently resigned our lease year after year. I could not be happier with our choice of living space. This luxury building has exceeded all my expectations, and I feel lucky to call it my home. The front desk (Especially Dom, Miguel, and Tim) is truly exceptional, and always friendly, professional, and available to help with any needs. Maintenance and the rest of the staff are also incredible people and great at all they do (Shout out to Jose and Sean!). The amenities at Leonard Pointe are top-notch and truly impressive. My husband and I couldn’t be happier living here! Special shout out to the amazing staff, these guys are the best of the best. And as far as maintenance goes, Jose fixes anything and everything you can throw at him in a flash, and when it requires more help, he makes sure the job is done by a trusted 3rd party with his supervision and that it’s done well and quickly. In addition to Jose, Dom, Tim, Shaun, Miguel, and the whole of the front desk staff are the nicest most accommodating group ever. We really lucked out with these folks! We feel so well taken care of by everyone here!
