LEO at The Sanctuary

My boyfriend and I moved in at the end of November and I’m so glad I chose this complex. From the very beginning, the move-in process was smooth and way less stressful than I expected. Lizette helped us majorly and was genuinely kind and helpful, she answered all my questions and made sure everything was ready for us when we arrived, and also left us the cutest welcome gift:) It really felt like they cared, not just about filling a unit, but about making sure I felt comfortable. Since living here, I’ve loved the neighborhood. It’s clean, peaceful, and just has a really welcoming atmosphere. I’ve felt comfortable and at home since day one. I’m really happy with my decision to move here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Moved here last Friday and I am absolutely 💯 in love with the home that I am leasing! My son and I moved from a horrible experience in an apartment complex that we had just moved to around 2 months ago. We needed out of those apartments badly! Came to look over here and within a week I signed a lease and moved in. Loved the experince with the leasing team. Devin was awesome! Now I cannot wait to come home everyday! My son and I still get the amenities of living in an apartment community, but have the luxury of a house where we do not share walls with others! I highly recommend living here!

Absolutely love this place! The community is always clean and well taken care of, and the atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. Manager Latoya is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help residents. Anytime I’ve needed something, she’s been quick to respond and made sure it was taken care of right away. I saw a comment about the property flooding when it rains, but I personally have never experienced that issue. Maintenance has always been prompt and efficient, and communication from the office staff is excellent—they always keep residents updated and informed. Overall, living here has been a great experience, and I truly appreciate how well the team manages the property.

We looked for months before finding Leo at the Sanctuary and I'm so grateful we did. It's the perfect location, they layout of our home is great, and the fact that the washer/dryer are included AND there's a garage? Well worth it especially compared to other apartments around here. At least with Leo we still maintain the single-family home without neighbors above or below us and still receive all of the apartment complex amenities. The staff is great, and the maintenance team is always on top of it!

I moved into my 2 bdrm 2 bath in July and have loved everything here. They have competent and friendly office staff and stay on top of all maintenance requests. All of our neighbors are friendly and are community based family's and individuals. We loved trick or treating right in our neighborhood with all the awesome decorations and friendly neighborhood events. Totally recommend this community if you like inclusion and friendly neighbors!
